Return and Refund Policy

We accept refunds and exchanges on non-custom items only.

3 Year Bristle Guarantee
Our brush bristle guarantee is simple. If you can wear out the brush head cleaning golf clubs in three years or less, send it back and we will send you a free replacement.

Manufacturing Defects
If the brush or magnet system arrives damaged or defective, please email info@elevatesports.nz or call us immediately. We will request a return and arrange a replacement unit or the appropriate replacement piece as soon as possible.

Returns
We offer a 30 day return policy for unused items. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. Please email info@elevatesports.nz before returning your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us first.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
